SUSA California: Obama LEAST electable.

It's polls like these -- numerous ones (especially in key swing states like PA and OH) that show Hillary doing much better in head to head match ups than Obama that make me laugh when people keep saying how "electable" Obama is.
I'm still waiting for real evidence (a slight bump after Iowa in some head to heads -- though he never out polled Hillary with Democrats at the height of his so-called "surge" is not convincing).
Here's the data fresh off the press in a RELIABLE blue state:
Survey USA California: Democratic vs. Republican Matchups
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Clinton (D) 60%, Giuliani (R) 33%
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Clinton (D) 63%, Romney (R) 30%
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Clinton (D) 65%, Huckabee (R) 29%
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Obama (D) 55%, Giuliani (R) 37%
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Obama (D) 58%, Romney (R) 34%
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Obama (D) 58%, Huckabee (R) 34%
And here is the most disturbing data on Obama against McCain in a reliable Blue state:
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Obama (D) 50%, McCain (R) 44%
Versus Hillary's showing of...
CA-Pres
Jan 23 SurveyUSA
Clinton (D) 57%, McCain (R) 38%
So the next time someone trots out how Obama is goingto widen the depth of the party and catch all the Independsents and turn red states blue, think about the fact that if McCain is the nominee against Obama we'll be dealingwith a PURPLE California.
