Framing: The Scandal-Plagued Bush Administration

During Clinton's presidency, I heard MSM outlets refer to the "scandal-plagued Clinton Administration." Considering that BushCo would find something like Travelgate to be just the opening warm-up to another day of corruption, I find the fact that it hasn't been applied to them to be entirely insane.  

So I believe that we can start applying to them.  Use it in emails, calls, etc, to the media outlets. Speaking to friends, if you feel like.    

Some variations might be:

"reeling from yet another scandal"

"Americans' trust of this Administration has been destroyed by the constant corruption surrounding the Republican Congress and the emerging scandal about how the Administration presented the war"

"the blatant, unremitting barrage of lies that has marked this Administration from before it got into office"---OK, this one might be a bit over the top, even if true.  

I'm sure you can come up with your own suggestions.
